Bring a warm, comforting sweetness to your product offerings with premium Cinnamon, one of the world’s most versatile and beloved aromatic sweet spices. Sourced from the carefully peeled inner bark of select Cinnamomum trees, our cinnamon is dried until it rolls into characteristic tight quills, locking in its rich, sweet aroma and distinctive warm flavor. At Aba Impex, we offer both premium Ceylon ‘True’ Cinnamon, known for its delicate, complex sweetness, and high-grade Cassia Cinnamon, favored for its bold, intense pungency and rich color. Every batch is carefully processed and monitored for volatile oil density and moisture content, ensuring it meets strict international quality standards. Whether utilized whole to infuse flavor into hot beverages and mulled wines, or finely ground for gourmet baked goods, breakfast cereals, and savory spice blends, our cinnamon offers exceptional flavor consistency and reliable performance.
Types
- Ceylon ‘True’ Cinnamon: Soft, multi-layered tan quills that deliver a highly refined, delicate, sweet flavor with subtle citrus notes and very low coumarin content.
- Cassia Cinnamon (Korintje/Vera): Thicker, hard, single-layer dark red quills offering an intense, sweet warmth and bold flavor, making it the preferred choice for industrial baking.
- Cinnamon Quillings: Broken pieces of bark generated during quill cutting, providing an excellent, economical option for high-potency oil distillation and powder milling.
- Pure Fine Ground Cinnamon: Finely milled powder featuring a consistent mesh size, designed for easy incorporation into commercial bakery mixes and hot drinks.
